Our Curriculum
The school's curriculum provides a flexible daily program that is specifically geared to the interests of the preschool child. Our teachers provide a positive atmosphere where each student feels comfortable and has the opportunity to explore, question, and learn at their own pace.
The young child acquires valuable language and socialization skills as he/she interacts with the other youngsters through role playing situations in the house keeping center or goal-directed tasks at the block corner, puzzle table or science table.
A day in nursery school may include number readiness games, Show and Tell, marching to records, using the water table, and preparing a snack. They also may enjoy a visit from a community helper, making pictures for a thank you booklet, learning to experiment with different art materials, or creating at the work bench.
Our students have the opportunity to explore various media and engage in numerous "hands-on" experiences. Everyday they have the opportunity to refine and expand previously acquired skills. We encourage cooperation and self-reliance so that the child is able to build a positive self-image.

| Our Open Door Policy We have a formal Open House in late January or early February, but parents do not need an invitation or appointment to visit our school. They are welcome anytime school is in session.
